Hole Mill takes a 25% deposit at booking with the balance due 8 weeks before arrival. Minimum stays are typically 3 nights off-peak and 7 nights during school holidays, summer and Christmas/New Year.

- Cancellation
- Full refund of deposit if cancelled 12+ weeks before arrival. 50% refund of total paid if cancelled 8–12 weeks before arrival. No refund within 8 weeks (insurance recommended).
- Travel insurance
- Strongly recommended. The host can suggest insurers that cover holiday lets.
- Pets
- Up to 3 well-behaved dogs welcome free of charge — please confirm at booking.
- Events
- Exclusive-use weddings, milestone birthdays and retreats welcome — up to 50 daytime guests, 30 evening. Contact the host for a tailored quote.

What is the cancellation policy at Hole Mill?
Cancellations made 12 or more weeks before arrival receive a full deposit refund. Between 8 and 12 weeks, 50% of the total paid is refunded. Within 8 weeks of arrival no refund is given — travel insurance is strongly recommended.
What time is check-in and check-out at Hole Mill?
Check-in is from 4pm and check-out is by 10am. Earlier check-in or later check-out can sometimes be arranged depending on the bookings either side.
