Hole Mill is fully equipped for self-catering groups: Starlink WiFi, EV charger, dishwasher, washer/dryer, wood-fired hot tub, organic swimming pond, and all linen, towels and starter consumables included.

- Starlink — fast, reliable broadband across the cottage, mill and garden. No password gate on the LAN.
- Mobile signal
- Patchy in the valley; EE and Vodafone work near the front of the property. WiFi calling is recommended.
- EV charger
- Type 2 7 kW Zappi EV charger on the driveway. Free for guests during their stay.
- Parking
- Off-road parking for 4–5 cars in the gravelled forecourt.
- Kitchen (2024 refit)
- Range cooker (induction + gas), dishwasher, two American-style fridge/freezers, Nespresso, large bean-to-cup machine, microwave, full crockery for 14.
- Laundry
- Washing machine and separate tumble dryer in the boot room.
- Heating
- Central heating throughout, plus a working log-burning stove in the main lounge.
- Hot tub
- Wood-fired cedar hot tub on the back lawn. Lit on request by the host (free).
- Swimming pond
- Spring-fed, naturally filtered, chemical-free. 3 m deep at the centre with a wooden diving jetty.
- Towels
- Bath, hand, hot tub and pond/pool towels provided. Bring no towels.
- Linen
- All beds made up with fresh linen on arrival.
- Cots and high chairs
- Two travel cots and two clip-on high chairs available free on request.
- TV and music
- Smart TV in main lounge (Netflix, BBC iPlayer, Disney+ logged in for guest convenience). Sonos speaker in the dining hall.
- Games
- Table football, table tennis, board games, books and a dressing-up box.
- Starter consumables
- Tea, coffee, milk, sugar, salt, pepper, oil, basic spices, dishwasher tabs, washing-up liquid, hand soap and toilet rolls provided to get started.
- Pets
- Up to 3 well-behaved dogs welcome free of charge. Dogs are not permitted in the swimming pond to protect the ecosystem.
- Accessibility
- Single-storey ground-floor bedroom available on request. Steps to garden and pond — not fully wheelchair accessible.
- Smoking
- No smoking inside the cottage or mill at any time.

Is there WiFi at Hole Mill?
Yes — Hole Mill has fast Starlink WiFi covering the cottage, the mill and most of the garden. No password gate; just connect on arrival.
Does Hole Mill have an EV charger?
Yes — there is a Type 2 7 kW Zappi EV charger on the driveway, free to use during your stay. Most EVs charge fully overnight.
Are linen and towels included?
Yes — all beds are made up on arrival with fresh linen, and bath, hand, hot tub and pool towels are provided. There's no need to bring any.
